After contacting Living Social twice, I have received a "refund" in the way of Deal Bucks. I can use it for any other Living Social deal. I felt this was nice and resolved the issue for me.
As for Widget Love- they offered me 50% my next order and free shipping (which I don't think I will be using). They also said they were sorry for the delay in receiving my package and it should be here within 7-10 days or "hopefully sooner". That was a month ago and no package from them yet .

I wish I would have known this a few months ago! I also placed an order on Sept 7th for the Touch, Learn, and Play from Widget Love through Living Social. Today is Nov 16th and I am still waiting.
I had tried to research before I bought, but didn't find this site until now. Here I see that there have been multiple problems, not only with the company but also with the product.
I just sent my first email to Widget Love, so I hope to hear back from them, but now I am not sure I will.
My package also says it is in China and something about the "point of origin" is "releasing" it????
I have not tried to contact Living Social, but I agree that they should have some responsibility.
Hope you get things straightened out soon!
