Llyod Grant sent me an email using the name of Lance Shelton Foundation and Career Builder logo offering a part time job. The job consisted in collecting donations and redistributing those to potential families in need and I was supposed to keep 7% of each donation as commissions.

I applied for the "position" by responding to the email I received as required. Later, I fax a "independent contractor agreement" form to 1-877-307-5235; and that was the beginning of home based job.

Llyod Grant who by the way refused to provide any phone number when I asked for it (saying that he does not provide "live support to the new contractors"), sent me a $4,600.00 North Canton Bank cashier's check with instructions on how to proceed. The remitter of the check was Carter Johnson.

I deposited the check into my account and few days later, I withdrawed the cash after deducting the 7% ($322.00) for my perconal commission. I sent the money to a recipient: Aleksandr Ryshka in Novoselica in Ukraine, an Eastern European country.

Unfortunately for me, I received the check back from by bank for non sufficient fund asking for a promp deposit of the amount taken; which of course wasn't in my possession.

I immediately sent an email to Llyod Grant asking for a total refund of the amount but the only answer I received from him was:"Per your request I will terminate you, we stop the check, you can discard it.". I never asked for a termination but for a refund. Since then there was no answer to my multiple emails.

Today, my bank decided to hold all funds I had in different accounts and went a step further, closing all those accounts; stating that they can't help me and don't want my business anymore after clearly identifying this situation as a phishing scheme. I ended up going to the police department who told me they do not have enough resources to assist me and then asked me to deal with the District Attorney office; that means time off from work.

I still have to think about reimbursing the bank, meanwhile, my credit report will be damaged and Llyod Grant is free and ready to get another victim.
