Lobopuppies.com, Melody Complete Scam Hurst Texas
Lobo Puppies is a complete scam.
I bought a dog from them in august of 2007 with trust that everything would be ok. I was a first time dog buyer and did not do my research well enough on them. I paid $2500 for an awesome looking male bulldog who still to this day is a great dog, for the most part. It was promised that the papers for him would be to me in a short period of time and I trusted Melody on this. After numerous emails and phone calls not being returned, I came to realize that it was not going to happen. It has been over a year and a half now and still nothing.
On top of that, Tyson has had numerous medical issues. He has had cherry eye in both of his eyes at a very young age. He had a bacteria in the bones of his lower back which required surgery and medication for aprox 6 months. His most recent problem was a torn ligament in his knee, which also required surgery.
Most of the time he is a great dog, but sometimes he will take a "left turn" so to say and become very aggressive toward anyone and everyone, including me. The vet seems to think it is from a chemical imbalance in his brain caused by hereditery issues.
I have had an attourney on this for several months now and it turns out that Melody is not alone. Danielly from epuppypro.com (her sister) is in on a scam of the same sort. My attourney said there is about 6 people total in on this scam and there is numerous agencies from many different states looking for these people. The more information that can given the better of a chance there is to stop these people and to save these innocent animals.
