Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This online company is proclaiming to provide locksmith services that will beat all competitors prices. This is a complete and total lie. The people that we called could not get anything straight, including our address or phone number. Their ad stated car lockouts "starting at $35" depending on the difficulty and what the "technician" had to do and what equipment he had to use. I put the word "technician" in quotation marks because it is my personal belief that they have hired former car thieves to be their technicians. The person they sent out arrived, assessed that my car keys were locked in the car in my garage, pulled out a Slim Jim and had the car unlocked in less than 30 seconds. When he went back to his car to start processing the charge and paperwork, he was working from two separate cell phones and an iPad. He never provided me with his name, a charge for the service, or a receipt. As I stood next to the car waiting to get my receipt, he said "don't worry it's all taken care of". As I turned to walk back in my garage, he left my property without providing me with a receipt and charged my credit card $209. When I called the company to get a copy of my receipt and ask what the total charge was, they quoted me someone else's charge who was in no way related to me and I had to correct them and give them my address again at which time they told me they charged $209. When I questioned this charge as their website said "starting at $35 depending on the difficulty the technician had to go through to get the keys out", they said "it was up to the technician to determine the final price and difficulty." I said what difficult services did he have to perform as he was at my home less than 3 minutes total? She replied all of that would be on my receipt. When I informed her I had not received a receipt, she said they would email it to me so I could see how this total was determined. Over the period of the next four weeks, I requested my receipt no less than 10 times and each time they said they would email it and to date, no receipt has ever been received. There was a dispute filed with my bank on this charge but since this company had no property address, just a phone number online, it's clear that this scam is not a new source of income for them.
