Locksmith Pros Called to get my keys out of car all I got was intimidation and threats, harrassed by technician Ogden Utah
Locked my keys in my car called the first locksmith that popped up in my search bad idea they said $15.00 service fee and would match any other service locksmith's price. When the technician arrived as we were walking over to my car he asked how i would pay. I told him debit card he said it would cost $260 to unlock my car because I was using a credit card not cash and it was sprinkling. I thought he was joking. Said yeah right he said I'm not kidding. I said no way will I pay that. I asked what about matching prices. I showed him a receipt when I had it done cost me $48 he said no that's to low. What about well beat anyones price no we dont do that. I said forget it. As I was walking away he asked how much you willing to pay. I said $48 he said no pay me the service fee of $15 I said no way he then started to get very upset and yelling saying he was going to call the police I told him I would call them for him. I was on the phone with the police department and telling them what happened as he was outside my work blowing my phone up. THe police department said that he was now harrassing me. I went outside and he said that he opened my car and had the keys and if I wanted them back I had to pay $90.
I got very upset and told him I said not to touch my car. I was going to give him $5 just to get rid of him because he was scaring me, he saw the cash I told him I would give him $5 he said no I want more. Then he asked if I had any cash in my car. I walked over to my car telling him that I wanted him to put the keys back into my car and lock it up when I noticed he had a wire going through my window and actually had not taken my keys out. He was lying figuring i would just pay him to get my keys back. I refused to pay him and told him to leave. He started yelling at me demanding that I give him my credit card I refused and told him I was going to call the police if he did not leave. He chased me back to the door of my work I ran in and slammed to door thank god it locks and he could not get in. He also tried to force me to sign some paper and I said absolutly not. This place is a total rip-off and very violent when you wont take their intimidation. Don't call them don't use them your life may depend on it. I was actually very scared for mine.
