Complaint Review: Loden and Conahan - Honolulu Hawaii

This is what I want. To be friends with Heather Conahan and John McClaran, my past 2 trust executors. I am a very talented guy, I survived 3 years of cancer treatments including a bone marrow transplant. I also got into one of the toughest nursing schools in Oregon named Lane Community college back before 2012.

I later dopped out because of my disabilities, but I earned straight A grades to get in. I have a business degree from Southern Oregon University, and I am a K-12th grade Punahou graduate. I played and lettered in Varsity soccer and varsity football at Punahou school. I was also in their top singing group called the Hui Le Nani singers.

I also play the guitar, played since 1975. I have so much to offer to Heather Conahan and John McClaran, that being my friend would make their lives better. With me on their side, we all can just relax. I also need some assistance with getting back on my feet, I live on Social Security Disability benefits, food stamps, and Section 8 housing subsidary.

This is my last trust executor name John with his care giver wife living in Portland (pic attached). He managed my trust for 3 weeks then he could not do the job any more. His name was on my trust agreement but sadly his wifes name was not. She was caring for John. His resigning of my trust cost me my life.

My trust fund was squandered away after that. John has been in a wheel chair for many years. He is a hero and a real nice guy. He was a friend of mine on Oahu. Now he has ...cut me off. I am disabled under social security disability since 2003 and my trust was there to protect me from getting hurt. The trust attorney name Heather in Honolulu also cut me off.

My moher hired her to protect my money, and to give me a disabled bone marrow transplant survivor a life. Heather and John both put my life in danger. John only lives 2 hours away in Portland. This is the first time in history that a permanenlty disabled man in a wheel chair managed the trust and life of another permanenlty disabled man with a mental disability, myself.

The trust attorney named Heather in Honolulu told me that John in Portland was the best person to take over my trust job. What was she thinking, she put me and Johns life in danger, and stressed us both out considerabled. It cost me my health. If I have to, I will take a polygraph test if the atorney in Honolulu named heather takes one too.

It is no one fault when you get cancer, then have to go thrugh horrible chemotherapy and radiation treatments like I did. I also had a bone marrow transplant. I survived 3 long years of cancer treatments in Seattle. I am a fighter. I will keep it going.

I pray you choose the right trust executor for your kids trust, because this could happen to you too. I never did meet Heather the trust attorney in Honolulu, she dose not know who i am. Mahalo

I have a mental disability covered under Social Security Disability since 2003 during my third year of cancer treatments and bone marrow transplant at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. I am not sure if it was from a brain injury I suffered back in when I was a very good athlete, or from the three years of cancer treatments I endured starting in 2001.

My cousin Mike on my fathers side of the family lives in Guam and suffers from schizophrenia, not sure if this runs in the family.. After my mother died in 2008, an accountant living in Marin County CA managed my trust, her name was Connie, she was my mom's best friend and a very fine woman. Then she retired and my trust was manged by Heather, a trust lawyer in Honolulu and also a very fine woman.

Then my trust was given to John a man in Portland, he lived two hours away from me. He gave me the disabled beneficiary all my trust fund at once. It literally blew me away, everything I owned I lost, my trust fund was lost, all because of my mental disability. My fist trust executor Connie did not give me my trust to manage, and Heather my second trust executor did not give me my trust fund to manage, but John in Portland Oregon did.

Look what happened. My mom set up my trust fund to protect me from my disabilities, I am also physically disabled from a bone marrow transplant and lived my life with one good eye. I will be back. I am working hard to rebuild my life. Thank you to Connie and Heather for not endangering my life. Now I need your help..Much Aloha.

Heather Conahan my trust attorney was hired by my mother a Mary Alice Wetzel of Honolulu to manage my trust for life. her name was on my trust agreement. Close to 3 years later, Heather had sold my paid in full Maui condo, and sold my 3/4ths paid off Eugene Spyglass home. Heather had her plans for my future. I gave it my best, but then Heather could not deal with me any more, she in Honolulu, and me in Eugene. So Heather Conahan said she is resigning.

She sent these Honolulu trust managment companies my emails, with out asking me. She called me on the phone, then Heather said over the phone that she did this, and no one in Honolulu wanted to manage my trust fund. She was trying to keep me from coming back to hawaii, my home. So I did what she said, I sent her a list of possibkle trust canfidates. My relatives and friends.

One man on the list was a Mr John McClaran of Portland Oregon. he was permanently disabled and was living in a wheel chair half paralyzed, with parkinsons disease. Heather chose him. I had been having a hard time trying to find some one that Heather Conahan wanted to give my trust fund to. So John McClaran flew over to Hawaii for 3 weeks to interview Heather Conahan in person. She never saw John in person, she was too busy. Instead Heather called John McClaran on the phone and offered him my trust management job.

It was a 15 minute phone conversation which non of it was about my problems with my mental and physical disabilities. John McClaran had no idea what was wrong with me, neither did he know I had mental problems, and problems with my antispychitiuc medications. John got my trust and knew I had had problems with heather Conahan. Then Johns two daughter were moving up from Eugene to Portland, so he opened a bank account at a credit union and put me in charge.

The only trianing I recieved from John was that he said not to spend my money. I had IRA's and a large sum of money over $600,000 dollars with absolutly no trust managment exoerience. I got robbed, embezzeled, almost killed, and I had to file 3 police reports, then I got wrongfully sued by a man that took my money.  I live in poverty now here in Eugene Oregon, disabled, and on section 8 housing, food stamps, and charity. I have not had a car to drive for 3 years.

I walk every where and carry groceries back. Now my legs are hurting me and I injure my toes. I live on social security disabilit monthly payments. been disabled since 2003. John McClaran took over my trust from Heather conahan for 3 weeks back in early 2013. My disabilities are, a permanently damaged kidney, mental psychosis, neuropathy in both feet and hands, a compromised immune system, mental fatigue, and one good eye.

I need some one to help me get a new life, a new start. I honestly do not beleive that it was my fault for losing my trust money. I had been protected with a trust executor since my mom died in 2008. It was not my responsability to make large monitary decisions on how and where to spend my trust money. I just could not do the job. Instaed Heather Conahan has cut me off since early 2013, and John McClaran cut me off after wards, I have not heard a peep from them since. In 2012 I started RN nursing school, it was the 2 year program, at Lane Community College. I was the first bone marrow transplant survivor, mentally and physically disabled and with one good eye, to ever get into the program. I got straight A grades in my 2 years of nursing school prerequisites. My mother wanted me to be a nurse, so that is what I did.

Heather sold my inherited property because I was going to be a nurse, and I needed funding for this. Also my moms 414 Spyglass drive Eugene house that I inherited had yearly tax amounts close to $7000 dollars. Yes $7000 dollars in taxes due each year to live in the Spyglass neighborhood. My Honolulu trust lawyer did this for me. gave me a chance to be a nurse. Sadly the medical marijuana I was on, prescribed by 2 of my 4 Eugene doctors, held me back.

I still want to be a nurse, or a respiratory therapist, but I am now out of money. My nursing school prerequisites still sit in a file up at Eugene' Oregon's Lane Community College. I have been stressed, my housing situation has been very fragile. I lost control of my actions. I blamed others. This is all the truth. I wanted to say that my trust lawyer Heather from Honolulu, went beyond the call of duty to make this happen for me, a bone marrow transplant survivor. I need some assistance in rebuilding my life. I have a hard time understanding what all this sh*t talking is going around about me spending a fortune on muscle cars here in Eugene.

My Honolulu trust attorney named Heather bought me a black 1969 Chevy El Camino SS muscle car from Summers Classic Cars Eugene.. It had an up graded Chevy 502 truck engine in it. It was one of the fastest street legal cars in Eugene.

When my mother was alive I was restoring vintage Ford Bronco's and a 84 GMC Jimmy in that same garage. I also worked on and restored a 1982 Porsche 911 coupe in my moms garage in Eugene. Some stupid folks are also saying that I was using medical marijuana back then when Heather was managing my trust in 2011. Yes I was, it was prescribed by a psychiatrist a Dr HR Henderson an my neurologist a Dr Herring for my severe neuropathy foot pain.

Regular pain medications made me sick. So Heather my trust attorney from Honolulu was sending me cash to buy supplies of medical marijuana from legal card carrying growers. That was the coolest thing any one had ever done for me. My foot pain was doing better because of this. Later in 2013 heather put a man in Portland in charge of my trust, he lived 2 hours away from me. At first he wanted the job, so Heather and I agreed to turn the trust management job over to him.

I could not manage the money because of disabilities caused on me by 3 years of cancer treatments and a bone marrow transplant. This man in Portland changed his mind 3 weeks into the job, then put my money in a Eugene bank account and resigned. He was the boss of my finances and financial decision making. his name was John. I guess I now had to mange that money. It did not work, I had no training, then folks wanted to borrow that money, I lent

alot out, then never got paid back. The man in Portland cut me off. It made all the work I did to survive cancer and all the work Heather did to keep me alive go down with the ship. Now Heather and I look like 2 fools. I say this has got to stop. Please brother in Portland, no more talking sh*t! Mahalo

I blame my self for the loss of my trust fund. There are so many ways of looking at what happened. I wish I had been smart enough back then. John and Heather my last 2 trust executors are very good people. I suffer with the thought of being homeless, but I am a Punahou graduate, a college graduate, and a bone marrow transplant survivor which means I have the knowledge and experience to get back on my feet. 

I wanted to apologize to Punahou school where I attended from 1962 to 1975. After my mother died in 2008 my main trust attorney was living in Honolulu and a Punahou school graduate also. She lasted 2 years then resigned. This woman was supposed to mange my trust fund for life. Instead she gave my life's money to a good friend of mine and a very good guy who lives his life in a wheel chair. he is more disabled than me. He was doing me a favor, because my trust attorney wanted to get rid of me and my trust fund. I ended up in a very dangerous situation living alone and mentally and physically disabled in Eugene Oregon. I almost lost my life. It was not what my mother wanted when she hired this trust attorney from Honolulu. I am a very good guy and I just wanted to say that I am so sorry if I caused any grief to others. I am doing the best I can as disabled American to survive. I am now 15 years in remission from cancer and a bone marrow transplant. Aloha

Hi John (my last trust executor), yes folks were saying that Heather Conahan (my second trust executor) set you up when she turned over a disabled bone marrow transplant money to you to control, and with out sending you the disabled beneficiaries angry emails she sent others. After thinking about this for a while I have concluded that you John were smart enough to know the consequences of your actions and be responsible for them. All you had to do was tell Mrs Conahan "No, I do not want to manage a disabled man's money." John you were not forced to do the job. Heather Conahan told you to not give the beneficiary his money, it could destroy his life. I had a bad spending problem, and I do not think it is fair to have a trust executor all of a sudden give the disabled beneficiary his money, then tell people he spent his money. My life is worth more than some else's lack of good judgement. I really needed your help. I am disabled mentally and physically and it is a burden to my life. I needed you John to make the financial decisions for me. I am sorry, I ended up taking a horrible hit. I no longer blame Heather Conahan because I have a feeling she has been struggling with the cost of living and raising a family in Hawaii, Punahou school tuition, and trying to do what's right for every beneficiary's trust account she manged. Be happy that you have a good life and family, be happy you do not have a mental disability, and be happy that you can go on vacations.  This is who I am,a disabled individual under the care of social security disability since 2003, after my 3 years of cancer treatments at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. I have to take medication for my mental and physical disabilities which now includes high blood pressure and type-2 diabetes. Why would any one harass, belittle, lie, and disgrace me and my families name. My mother Mary Alice Wetzel was senior vice president of Liberty House stores head of human resources and responsible for over 8000 liberty house island wide employees. She worked for liberty house stores for over 30 years. My father was a dean of college counseling for Punahou school, he worked for Punahou for 30 years also. My father James T Wetzel was also a LT Cornell for the air force reserve on Oahu and put together the Intelligence division for the Pacific ocean territory, dad was awarded a medal for his hard work to help our country stay safe. His younger sister Joan Wetzel Perry from Guam, was in charge of the US agricultural division for the Pacific island territory..That is where I want to live, on any island in the Pacific ocean, including Guam/Micronesia..

I am now flat broke, I need help with this..I was given 3 trust executor to give me $3000 dollars a month for the rest of my life. I inherited a paid in full Maui studio condo, and half my moms Eugene brand bew home at 414 Spyglass drive, that was 3/4ths paid off. Both pieces of property were sold within 2 years of my 2nd trust attorneys control, an attorney from the law offices of Loden & Conahan in Honolulu..I am disabled, I need some one to make financial decisions for me..Instead all 3 trust executors cut me off, and have done absolutely nothing for me. I paid the first 2 trust executors their monthly and final fees,, my 3rd trust executor just held my trust fund until he decided what to do with my money..He lasted 3 weeks, what, was he going to keep my trust account money, but I guess he changed his mind..I was not supposed to do any thing with my trust fund but receive $3000 dollars a month. I was the beneficiary with a trust to protect me and make make decisions for me. This is what is happening now...I have been waiting for a homeless shelter to subsidize my rent, waiting for 20 month on the Eugene Shelter care waiting list for a person with a mental illness and in danger of being homeless to get a councilor.

With no money, I have a hard time finding free food, my cars engine is busted so I have to find money to take a bus, or walk. I need funding for my doctor and medication co-pays, I need money to buy cat liter and cat food, toilet paper..My trust executors, all 3 of them are very rich people, non of them medically trained, and none of them contacted my 4 Eugene doctors to ask for their advice..These doctor wanted me to return home to Honolulu..Dr HR Henderson-Psychiatrist, Dr Geoffrey Simmons-Internist, Dr Herring-Neurologist, and Dr Polansky-eye doctor & Dr Linn-eye doctor in Honolulu a specialist in my lazy and very out of focus-uncorrectable bad eye. I need some help, my social worker at Peace Health Eugene a Rose Mary Beachy is telling me to never stop asking for help, because my life is in danger of causing me and my cat to live on the street, or get sick and die..My landlord a Cecil Hodges of Combined realty Eugene has already sued me in an Oregon small claims court for back rent due..He charges me $700 dollars a month for rent..

My credit is ruined from a faulting debt plan that my 2nd trust attorney got me into around 2012 in Eugene, this debt plan company was in California, a small and seedy law firm called Matheys. why not hire a debt company in Eugene renegotiate my debt, that is where I was living..Thank you for reading my rebuttal. My 3 trust executors did not make a last Will for me, I have no retirement plan, no long term health care, nothing for my future..What was I paying these rich trust executors to do, make a fool out of me?  This is what should have happened: My last trust executor should have started me out with $10,000 dollars, then see how I do at managing money..If I failed, then he should have just sent me $3000 a month..I wanted my last trust executor to help me return to Hawaii. My last trust executor resigned, wanted me to manege my own money..I did not ask him to manage my own trust fund..I did not ask my first 2 trust executors to let me manage my own money..This last executor was a past friend I just connected with..We both were from Hawaii, we both surfed and were good swimmers, we both played soccer together..My second trust attorney from Loden & Conahan did not want me to come home to Hawaii, they did not want a trust management company or any of my Honolulu friends managing my trust money. Why, who are these Loden & Conahan folks, owners of the Hawaiian islands? Then this L&C law office asked me to make a list of possible trust executor candidates, so I did. Some of my relatives including my brother were on the list, my aunt and uncle, plus my last trust executor was on the bottom of the list out of respect. The L&C Honolulu law offices chose him,, my friend and last on the trustee candidate list.I do not think he was trying to hurt me when he put me in charge of my trust fund, I think he was just trying to be a friend..I was and still am disabled, I did not know what to do back then..I was alone in Eugene and folks were coming by uninvited to borrow money..I was trying to restore muscle cars, build and own a recording studio, invest into a used car tire business..I got taken, I failed. I left Eugene with @ $80,000 dollar left from the original $700,000 dollars I was given by my last trust executor..I failed..I had no plan for my future. Now I have to start over like I was 18 years old..I am a Punahou school Honolulu graduate..I have a business degree..I got into a nursing school disabled..My prerequisites are still there at the Eugene community college..I spent allot of money on tuition and rent..I received at that community college, mostly straight A grades..Now I need some one to help me get back on my feet..Help me out of Eugene Oregon where those who ended up with my trust money live too..Thanks again, and please forgive me like I forgive all of you for anything you feel bad about..Forgiveness makes peace. :-)

 I survived 3 years of cancer treatments, high dose chemotherapy, full body radiation, a bone marrow transplant, and high dose Interleukin 2 mass quantity white blood cells treatments..I also endured hundreds of blood draws, CT scans, blood transfusions with red blood cells and platelet blood cells..I survived with a positive attitude. After my cancer treatments, I was supposed to recover, heal, it took years. After my mom died I was supposed to have a trust executor send me $3000 dollars a month for the rest of my life..What happen was all my inherited property was sold, for my future I was told by my first two trust executors..Then the money was given to a man I last saw in the 1980's, and reconnected with him in 2011, he lived in Portland with his wife..He took my trust money, signed my trust agreement, then held my trust fund money for 3 weeks in Portland, then he came to Eugene and put my money in a bank, and put me in charge, then he took off..All 3 of my trust executors lived in other cities and states. All 3 cut me off? I paid these people $. I have been on after cancer treatment medication for my disabilities since 2003..I was supposed to live a stress free life, instead I was left alone in Eugene with a mental and physical disabilities, and $700,000 dollars of my trust money..What was I supposed to do with this money..My last 3 trust executors did not set me up with a last will & testament, no retirement fund, they didn't buy me a small retirement apartment in a retirement community, like in Arizona..I have no long tern health care..All 3 executors cut me off, bad mouthed me all over town, and did not give me any instructions on how to manage $700,000 dollars..I had no one I could trust in Eugene..I got robbed, I did not know what I was doing, 3 police reports were filed by me the disabled beneficiary with all this money being taken from me...Now it;s all gone, and now me and a care giver named Nancy Kan who has allot more smarts and balls than any of my past 3 trust executors, are being harassed, blamed, so these 3 trust executors can get off, stay out of trouble..Nancy Kan may have her own unique point of views, but at least she tries to help, she is trying to stop terrorism, and keep politicians that don't do their jobs, aware of the consequences of what American citizens will say..Freedom of speech, for the better of our country..Please if you can, help those who really work hard to make a difference..Nancy Kan's son Hubert was my friend on Facebook, he is a real good guy that also has a mental disability..Nancy, Hubert's mom, takes care of her son and takes him to mental counseling, so he can get better.. We fought a bad Trustee in Arizona who stole from our parents and we won.

We live in a "Red" State with a high populaton of Seniors, so our Laws are favorable to the Consumer and the elderly.

This particular "Trustee" also stole into the millions in our case over several years in very subtle ways. We were not aware until after the death of our parents.

This "Trustee" also advertised their way into having a supposedly good reputation, only to find out that their way of doing business was criminal.

Don't be intimidated. We were not. I am also in the Marketing/PR industry myself, so I know how the 'reputation building' business works.

We won. Glad we spoke up. If nothing else, it might help someone else in the future.

Hello, I give up. Lowden & Conahan wins. I want no trouble, I have suffered enough..If this L&C law office is pissed off at their beneficiaries and want them hurt, dead. Then please leave me alone. I can't defend myself any more. I am not going to embarrass my self again. I remain neutral. Three years of cancer treatments is enough for me..I endured cancer treatments like; high dose chemotherapy, full body radiation, a bone marrow transplant, and experimental Interleukin 2..I need to focus on today, a better life, one day at a time. I am taking off. Please forgive me for trying my best to get a fair restitution. I failed. I am done. I have now survived 14 years in remission from Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. My goal is to survive over 25 years. So far so good. :-)

 My trust money was given away by my trust attorney Heather Conahan..She was on my trust agreement, thei were no other truts executors names after her's. She was in Honolulu, and a very expensive attorney..My mother wanted me to return home to Hawaii, she also did not sell her Maui condos because she wanted me and my brother to have one..Heather Conahan sold my inherited condo right away after she took control of my money..Then she tried to tell me that my mom said I cannot return home to Hawaii..There was nothing in writing..I have never met Heather Conahan, what right doae this trust attorney have to past judgement on where a beneficiary can live..I wanted to move to New Mexic..Heather sad find a job first..I wanted to go to Hollywood California and attend MIT (musician institute of technology in 2012)..Heather Conahan never replied to that request..I wanted out of Eugene Oregon..Then trust attorney Heather Conahan quit. Left me hanging..I never heard from her again. Now after 3 years of making an a*s out of myself trying to ask for help. Nothing? I have had enough..I will remain quite from now on. My Soulution: Sue My last two trust executors for 25 million dollars..Let them prove this in court, for Heather Conahan, every one in Hawaii will then know what happened and why I tried so long to get restitution..They are going to have to settle out of court, or lets end this misery now and go to court. All of us who have been permanently hurt by this Honolulu trust attorney should sue..I can't get this past trust money mistake out of my mind..As soon as my trust money was turned over to me in 2012..The man that drove me to Portland to have my last trust exector sign my IRAs over to me, asked me for large amounts of money, over and over again.when we returned to Eugene. I had no one I could trust in Eugene..I needed froends, instead my new Eugene friends took my trust money, never paid me back..They got everything, For all the money that was loaned, taken embezzled from me, including rent and school..I ended up with nothing? How did this happen, was I trying to destroy my own life..I beg to differ, it was a mental disability which made me vulnerable, that need to heal. I will be ok..I now know how beautiful life realy is, from the bottom up. Thank you

 My 2nd trust attorney from Honolulu working for the law offices of Lowden and Conahan told the Honolulu trust companies after she resigned, that I was a problem, a trouble maker..She sent these Honolulu trust companies and other this information by including my angry email..The Lowden and Conahan trust attorney told me she did this to me over the phone. Unfortunately she did not send my angry emails to the Portland man in a wheel chair, the man she gave my trust money too..This Portland disabled man was in Honolulu for 3 weeks to be interviewed by this Lowden and Conahan attorney for my trust management job..She never met in person with this Portland man, she called him on the phone instead and interviewed him for my trust fund management job..Did this Honolulu trust attorney know that this Portland man had been living in a wheel chair permanently disabled for a long long time, he raised his family in a wheel chair, he still lives in one. Why did he not receive any warning emails about me from this Honolulu trust attorney that she sent every one else in Honolulu?..If I was the trouble maker, a problem man like the Honolulu trust attorney said, then why give a problem to a man who had been suffering from a serious disability for years..What happened is that this disabled man in a wheel chair gave this disabled beneficiary who is supposedly a trouble maker and a problem $700,000 dollars of the money the past trust attorney made by selling the disabled beneficiaries inherited property..Now this last trust executor in a wheel chair from Portland is calling the beneficiary who lost everything in 2 years, crazy, he says commit him into a mental hospital..Well then why would you give a crazy man who belongs in a mental hospital $700,000 dollars..It was a cover up, my trust money was dumped, then squandered forever into others pockets. This last Portland trust executor of mine in a wheel chair's wife just inherited a bunch of money..Hey buddy in Portland, let me mange your money. Why not?..Why did I need 3 trust executors?  I have posted 3 rebuttals to the original post about Honolulu L&C law offices stealing some one's grandparents money? I told my own story, in three separate posts..I am a bone marrow transplant & high dose Interleukin 2 cancer treatments survivor..I also did allot of high dose chemotherapy to fight non Hodgkins lymphoma large cell b-type cancer..It took 3 years of treatments at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance & the University Of Washington hospital..I am now disabled under SSD. Yes I am sad, because now every thing I owned is gone..I live with little money. *This is the other side of my point of view and with further research on this trust attorney mis management situation. Here is my rebuttal; Loden & Conahan Honolulu law office put a man living in Portland Oregon who has lived a long time in a wheel chair, and half paralyzed in charge of my parents money..His wife helps him every day to be like any one else, a normal human being, but he told me he had Parkinson's disease by email, after all my trust money was gone. Gone in 2 years time.?,..I reconnected with this Portland man in 2011 in Eugene..I had not seen him since the 1980's in Honolulu. he managed my money for 3 weeks, then all of a sudden I was in charge of $700,000 dollars, my trust fund..I had been recovering mentally and physically from 3 years of cancer treatments..I had never manged more than $20,000 dollars in my life..I was on medication for a brain disability, I was not ready to make large financial decisions regarding my current living situation..I failed, got robbed, sued, all most killed, I filed 3 police reports with the Eugene and Spring field police department..This Portland man who was my last trust executor cut me off, called me a liar, said I needed to be committed to a mental hospital..I never saw this disabled man from Portland again. Loden & Conahan told this Portland man when he took control of all my parents trust money "that he was not allowed to give me, the beneficiary, the responsibility of managing my trust fund"..I had a bad spending problem, I was disabled and living with one good eye, and my mother set up a trust and hired a lawyer for a reason..To protect me..Lodin and Conahan law offices sold my inherited property because of taxes, and because I was trying to go to school and start a new career in the medical field, and probably working part time. My last trust executor letf me alone in Eugene Oregon, I was disabled, on medication for my disabilities, and I have only one good eye that I was born with..I will take a polygraph test on this ripoff post if my last trust executor, the man fro Portland Oregon takes one too..I have a feeling the law offices of Loden and Conahan could not talk to me, because the responsibilities of my trust management job were legally turned over in writing to this Portland man in a wheel chair..I talked to this Portland guy when he came and visited me in Eugene before he took control of my trust..He was mentally sound, smart, alert and just a normal guy..Lowden and Conahan, I have to say now, have been unjustly accused of misdoing..I read the initial report above about the money taken from some ones grandparents, it made me angry, but now I realize that there is another side to a supposedly one side story..My final though..Lowden and Conahan were dealt a bad hand, just like me with my last trust executor from Portland. The true story of what happened was switched around and turned against L&C and myself..My mother a past Honolulu business woman living in Hawaii since 1962 chose the law offices of Lowden and Conahan for a reason. From my mom, a very experience business woman, it was a good reason for the L&C law office to manage my money..Please accept my apology, I am mentally and physically disabled..For a guy like me, it can take a while to get the Whole story out..Aloha

Every time I try and ask trust attorney Heather Conahan in Honolulu for help, this Nancy Kan woman would send me emails, text messages, and cell phone calls. She did this too me all day long, at all hours of the night. She got my information from someone? I finally called the Eugene police department and reported her. She was calling me from this Hawaii phone number: 808-341-3737. Now she is posting videos, see the You Tube video link above, about me and my family. My family moved to Hawaii in 1962. My father was dean at Punahou school and he was also a LT Cornell in the Air Force reserve stationed at Hicom Air Force base Oahu. My father established the intelligence division for the Pacific Ocean territory and was awarded a medal for his achievement. My mother was in charge of human resources for Liberty House stores Hawaii, she was a senior vice president. A great accomplishment for a business woman. Both my parents worked their jobs for 30 years, then retired. My parents are now buried up at Punchbowl memorial cemetery on Oahu. Heather Conahan the attorney that mis managed my parents trust account money seems to be connected to this Nancy Kan woman. I read that Nancy Kan was up in Heather Conahan's Bishop street Honolulu law office, then later someone called the Honolulu police. Now my families name is being slandered by this crazy woman named Nancy Kan, please watch this You Tube video above. My parents did many good things for the people of Hawaii. I wonder if this is what trust attorney Heather Conahan does to her victims, her past beneficiaries, to mess with their minds. Kind of like a psychological brain f#ck. How can any one who charges out landish legal fees, get away with this s**t?..I suffer greatly because of this. I survived 3 years of cancer treatments in Seattle..I am a very good man, who did not deserve to be left for dead, homeless, and suffering, by the actions of a very rich trust atorneys law office called Loden & Conahan.  Part 2: Disabled Bone Marrow Transplant Survivor Beneficiary's (Under Loden & Conahan's Control) & Now Homeless story. After Trust attorney Heatther Conahan sold my paid in full Wailea Ekahi studio condo that had been in the family for years..Then she sold my momns brand new Spyglass Eugene Oregon home. Heather Conahan would not let me rent a room in my moms home, or rent the apartment above the garage. She said my trust agreement would not allow it..She sold a disabled Americans home. I am mentally and physical disabled since 2003 on Social Security Disability. My 3 years of cancer treatments in Seattle were from 2001-2003..After mom moms home was sold, Heather Conahan moved me into an expensive two bed room apartment rental. My Spyglass Eugene home was 3/4ths paid off. A disabled mans house was sold from out under him. Al I wanted to do was return home to Hawaii, it was around 2012 in Eugene when Heather Conahan resigned. With in two years of her trust management she sold my Maui condo and Eugene Spyglass home. She said she did this for my future. So she resigned, then she sent my angry emails to these Honolulu trust company, with out my authorization. She had taken her final fee out of my trust. Then she called me on the phone and told me she did this. So now I had t come up with a list of my friends and relatives. On that list was a permanently disabled man in a wheel chair, who says he has Parkinson's and with his wife his care giver. Instead of giving my trust money to my brother, my aunt and uncle, or a trust management company in Eugene, Heather Conahan gave my trust to this half paralyzed man living in a wheel chair in Portland. Then I never heard from Heather Conahan again? This man in the wheel chair lasted 3 weeks, then he went from Portland to an Eugene bank and opened up an account and put me in charge. Next thing that happened was folks were asking for money, then folks startedpreasuring me for money, then I got robbed, embezzled,sued, and almost killed..I filed 3 police reports. I had been left alone in Eugene by the executor in the wheel chair from Portland with $700,000 dollars to control..I was on anti-psychotic medication for psychosis..My Eugene psychiatrist was trying to get me back home to Hawaii where my friends were, I was having delusional problem, I was mentally weak, and vulnerable.I was alonbe I Eugene since 2008 when my mom died. I eventually ecaped from Eugene with little money left..I ended up getting evicted in my new residence out of state..I was out of money..I tried ask Heather Conahan to help me, but nothing..So I lived in my car with my companion cat and drove back to Eugene..Now I live in an apartment with rent that I cannot afford..I have been waiting on a Eugene Shelter care waiting list for 19 months to get a councilor to subsidize y rent..I am on the having a mental illnessand in danger of being homeless waiting list. Live on disability benefits, and on food stamps. I get $1050 a month in SSD benefits, my rent is $700 a month. The Salvation Army helps with charity food. She was talking a hundred miles an hour about some law suit settlement? She barley spoke English...This Loden & Conahan Honolulu law office put me the disabled beneficiary on the street. Sold my paid in full retirement studio condo on Maui, and held me hostage in Eugene Oregon. Bad mouthed my reputation all over Hawaii. I am sure they are hacking my computer with some sort of spyware. I am a bone marrow transplant survivor.

3 years of cancer treatments left me disabled. This trust lawyer at this Honolulu law office is a scam artist, a very evil person, and a liar. I will challenge her to a polygraph test..I have been fighting for my right to defend myself against this trust lawyer for the past 3 years.. I will never give up until I get my parents money back!
