I contacted Mark in march about booking CARDI B of love & hip hop and special guest DJ , He told me the total deposit for both would be $2850 so i wired the money to the account he sent. He sent me a fake forged contract supposeqdly signed by the dj, but never sent a contract for cardi b. All he kept saying was SHE ISNT GETTING BACK TO ME. I have a email trail as well as text from Mark verifying all this as well. So i asked for my deposit back and he acted like he was going to send it at first, after days of him lying about sending it i got frustrated and started questioning his company,
which made me do some research online and i found a bunch of reports of him being a scam artist. He then said HE doesn't HAVE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK , all he has to do is book another act. So me giving that a chance i send him a few different people i can get instead. He is currently prolonging the process and acting like nobody is getting back to him fast enough. He again said I AM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I really want to know if charges can be filled against him and is there any way i can get my money back?? Also does anybody have a legit picture or address for him ? Contact me asap

Almost 2 years later and this man is still scamming people. SAD! He recently just scammed me out of a deposit of $2000. He lied like he was going to book a artist and dragged out the process up until 2 days before the event. We knew it was a scam after the artist posted a flyer for the exact same date that we was trying to book them for. He agreed to a refund and then got extremely defensive after he agreed. Saying things like he don’t care about the money and that he’s a millionaire and that he doesn’t have to respond -_-. He’s extremely arrogant in taking peoples money and it is really disgusting.
The 1 good comment of him on this site is DEFINITELY him. The way it’s written and the way he shames promoters and try to play like you’re the dumb one is what he does. I CAN GUARANTEE THAT EVERY PERSON THAT COMPLAINED ON HERE HAS PROOF INCLUDING ME (Screenshots, recordings, etc). If interested in taking legal actions let me know. I have other people already. The more people the better. He needs to be locked away for good.
