LOGO WORKS PRINTING RIP OFF SALT LAKE UTAH
After finding Logo Works on the internet I had them design my logo. The logo is just an excuse for them to get you to do your advertising printing with them. The cost of their printing is outrageous. Convience is the main reason they get you to do it.
After paying $199.00 for a stationary package I learned that that is only for the design. To get color cards printed they charge $140.00. They asked me to proof the artwork , Which I did but they never received it ,a computer glitch that Garrett their print supervisor later conceded. After emails going back and forth ,still with no results i/e cards, I finally cancelled the order. The final email I received after asking for a refund which they without authorization charged my card for read: "
We will cancel your order immediately and process a return which should post within two business days. There is a standard $40 cancellation fee that we must charge to cover the costs of work that was done prepping your files for print which will be taken out of the return."
$40.00 dollars to fix their screw up?
