Longsworth installed a new Trane air conditioner. Within a 2 year period, system stopped working twice. Longsworth fixed the problems but charged miscellaneous fees/ charges to make the brand NEW air conditioner operational rather than standing behind their work. Contacted Trane and they were surprised the system stopped working twice, especially with a new air conditioning unit but were not helpful other stating to use another certified dealer.
Receptionist for company is very rude and continually makes mistakes. Beware of using Longsworth Comfort Air. Unsure if they are running a scam by installing units incorrectly with the purpose of generating future money under the vail of collecting different fees such as service, maintenance, filing or whatever. Strongly discourage the use of this company unless you have money to throw away.
