Longwood Industries Inc. False advertised. Promised $121.00 refund if vehicle did not sale. My Chevy did not sale and they will not give me the refund. Bedford Virginia
On April 11, 2008 I listed my 1992 Chevy Silverado pickup for sale with Longwood Ind. They sent me a package detailing what I had to do in order to receive a refund of $121.00 ($150.00 for ad minus $29.00 for processing fee. I mailed the notarized letter to them on June 11, when the 60 days had expired. I waited and waited for a refund and finally called them on 6/25/08 and talked to "Kelly". She promised a refund in 5-7 business days. I called back on 7/07/08 when I still had not got my refund. I talked to a "Rachel" who said it was processed while I was still on the line. 24 hours later, it still has not shown up on my bank account. They tell my one lie after another and from what I can find out about them, they are a bunch of scam artists.
