loopsandpluto This company charged my credit card $92, never delivered a product, refuses to refund the money Internet
I ordered a product from custombassdrumhead.com, aka loopsandpluto.com, and was charged $92. When inquiring about the status of the order, I was told byt the owner, Michael Robbins, that they never received the money. I provided proof that paypal sent them the money, yet they still denied it. Continuing to deny it, they wouldn't send the product, nor provide a refund.
I contacted paypal, and am still trying to get my refund after 2 months.
Their business model appears to be; take your money; deny receiving your money; don't refund your money or provide a product.
I caution all not to make the same mistake as I did by doing business with the above mentioned companies and owner!
