I purchased gold for WoW from the website Lootfetch.com on August 9th & recieved an email stating I would recieve my gold within 24-72 hrs. After 72 hrs & no gold I contacted the site. I recieved no response for several days. When I did get a response I was told that there were issues with my realm & that they were hoping the issues would be resolved soon so that they could deliver my gold.

I then waited several more days & sent a fairly irate email requesting my money to be refunded or immediate delivery of my gold to my account. Again it took several days before I got a response & again I was told that there were still issues with my realm but if they were not taken care of within a day or so then I would recieve a full refund.

The last time I emailed them was on Aug 24th demanding an immediate response as well as my refund & telling them that I was planning on reporting them on all possible fraud sites online as well as social media for their failure to deliver the product, poor communication & non existent customer service. I have not recieved any response from them since then. I have now filed a dispute with Paypal as suggested by another reporter of the same site in an attempt to obtain my refund. Will have to wait & see what happens.
