The person here saying the company is 'Fine" is a corp. employee. Lootfetch continues to rip off people using the same tactics year after year. Promises to deliver, aplogizes for delays, more promises. Then after you get mad, and demand your product or a refund, they stop communicating. Paypal has a file on them and I was fortunate to get my money back after opening a dispute. Lootfetch immediately told Paypal that everything was 'Fine", andf requested that the dispute be dropped. Paypal contacted me and I told them no way was it fine. After 1 week, I got my money back. Many others havn't been so lucky. Be persistant. Contact the BBB. Contact your State Rep, ans Senator. Keep at it. Contact the Interstate Commerce Division. Contact the Federal Trade Commision. Only when the pressure fron the United States mounts, will we be able to shut down this bogus site.
