I am fed up with you Kim Carnes! I have tried explaining this to you and obviously you don't comprehend. Since you know so much about my operation - and you have my laptop at your fingertips with my accounting records in it - why don't you tell the world on ripoffreport.com about the 2 individual ladies that you work with on your full time job...you know the two who worked a 3 week Indianapolis Zoo promotion with my agency in October/2007 - both of them who bragged to you about getting paid in less than 30 days of the last date they worked?? Shall I have THEM post contraries to your myspace/craigslist/ripoffreport crap? I am NOT who you are slandering me to be! I have not threatened to file bankruptcy in fact I have threatened that I refuse to FILE bankruptcy! Get it straight if you are going to post it for the world to see! I have asked you..........and you have not given me an educated answer-----------WHAT IS STOPPING ME from doing that if I do not intend to pay you for the event you worked? If I file - you would be under federal LAW and I would shut you up that way..........you could not legally put this s**t on the internet ANYWHERE about me or do anything collection wise because I would be protected under the bankruptcy law. NOW!!!!!!!! that would be the cheapest and quickest way for me to be done with you wouldn't it. That is NOT the answer and my business is not going that direction! If you got a check in the mail today would you undo this crap you have done to me? NO. you wouldn't. As I asked you last email and haven't heard from you since - DO YOU HAVE SUB-CONTRACTOR'S INSURANCE??? file a claim for $221.......obviously you don't have. For someone who doesn't pay her models - I just sent a $700 money order to someone who worked the Indy 500 year 2008 event and.....one other event same month. THINK about timing on that missy! Indy 500 is the end of may. by time you do invoicing and get paid on net 30 it's the end of june/beginning of july. i put that persons check in the mail yesterday 7/5/08.............so much for your calling me a liar and she doesn't pay her models--- Just because you say it - just because you post it - doesn't make it true. Today is June 10th 2008, and I have not recieved any money-she didnt come through on her plan of paying me by May 2008- She is beating around the bush threating bankrupcty........dont work for her, she is corrupt!

I am the owner of Indy's Top Ten Models!, Inc. My agency has went thru a year and a half of a situation caused by someone else costing me thousands in legal fees before my agency even had the first client/model. The agency has ran anyway. There are models owed from various promotions every one of them will be paid in full by May 2008. The agency will then move forward and NEVER be in this mess again. It's hard to respond to each email with questions I have no answers to. This is the answer. By May 2008. I am by no means proud of this............ I offer my deepest apologies...........
