Jeffery, This seller has only 1 feedback entry, and that is from a seller. There is no feedback from buyers at all. I would have never gone near this seller on anything over $10. Be sure you leave the negative feedback to warn others and follow up on the ebay complaint to get an investigation open. Fraud complaints will shut down a users account that has been dormant for a long time or new, or no feedback history. Shut these fools down!

Jeffery, Be sure to file a complaint with ebay right away, and then back it up with a copy of the check front and back. What kind of feedback rating did these "sellers" have? Did they have a "verified" address? Did you request insurance for the purchase amount? I would never send anyone a check for more than $100 purchase on ebay, and I don't care how good their feedback rating is! There is no recourse through ebay with a check, except to get them shut down. At least with PayPal or a credit card you have some level of recourse. You will have to file a lawsuit against them with that copy of your cancelled check. Do it quick so you can go after that bank account they deposited your check in. You can write to their bank and turn them in for fraudulent activity and see if they have had any other complaints. Also, this is interstate financial fraud which puts it in the jurisdiction of the FBI. Good luck!
