I put in for a loan with Lotus financial Services on June 3, 2005. I got a phone call on June 13 saying I was approved and just had to fax over some documetns signed a blank check and a copy of a photo ID.

I did this, then my loan officer Victoris Freeman said that in roder to secure the loan I need to pay a secure loan fee of 1565.02. I only had 800 available. She said that they could release half the loan to me if I sent 800. She told me she got this verified and approved from my lender Dergmann Krieshenbaum.

To date I have not recieved any funds even though I have been told 3 times it would be in my account the next day. The total loan amount was for 30,000 15,000 was supposed to put into my account and after sending in 765.02 they would release the other 15,000.

Veronica Smalls is currently working with Victora Freeman, I have also talked to ehr and she said the same thing next day it would be in my account.

I have been unable to get ahold of anyone at Lotus for the past 9 days.

So, if you have half a brain, you should know that YOU'VE BEEN SCAMMED. Nobody charges up front fees for loans EXCEPT SCAMMERS. You will never see your money again, you will never get the loan. Find some way to track them down. Go to the feds and let them set up a sting operation. Have one of your friends call them for a loan, then turn it over to the FBI.
