One Loud-N-Clear as priced at $19.99 + $14.98 S&H = $38.35. I was told I could get two at a reduced price or $38.35, so I agreed. They said the postage would be doubled because postage would be charged for two packages. It turned out that the two were packed in one little preformed box (smaller than a new order of check books. It cost me five first class postage stamps to return this stuff to Loud-In-Clear. )
Postage should have been charged for one package - not two.$14.98 was too high for even one package. Just because there are two items in a package is not legitmate reason to charge for two packages. (For example, if I ordered two baseballs, I would not expect to pay the full cost of postage two times when they are shipped in the same container.) My total order costs $62.93.
To make matters even worse, the items are inferior. One of them turned on only one time for about twenty seconds and refused to work again. The order one would not stay inserted in my ear even after I tried all three sizes of ear tips. Junk - pure and simple.
I later saw the same item in several catalogs with postage of $4.95. Do not order anything from Loud-N-Clear.
