Louis Rosenberg who claims to own Black Wolf or Black Devil firearms is a complete fraud and if your thinking of using this idiots service you should have your head examined. I found a flyer on my car advertising great prices and custom refinishing. I called Louis up and the prices seemed a little high but he said he is the best in the industry and his work is guaranteed. I took him my AR-15 for some custom work. He was supposed to do do a digital camo job using his hydro-dip process. I got the gun back after two weeks and it looked ok at first glance. After inspecting it a little closer I found runs in the clear coat and what looked like dirt or grit in the finish in a few places. The real problem started when I went to break the gun down. There was so much crap built up that the pins had to be punched out. This idiot had painted the pins! The action was so stiff and full of paint that it took considerable effort to even charge the gun. It felt like it was full of honey. Then I noticed the gas tube looks like it was bent and it has a kink in it! I was not happy. So I called hm up. He starts screaming at me that his work is top notch, the best of the best! I told him no, it's crap and I expect you to fix it and make the gun right. Then he starts calling me an a**hole, if I set foot on his property he will take care of me etc. So I told him I was going to dispute the charges with my CC company. He screams the "f" you will, I will press charges! The guy is a raving lunatic. I am going to have to find someone else to strip this crap off my gun and do it right. For $450 I expect a perfect job and I expect the gun to function like it did when I dropped it off! I am finding someone else who can fix this mess.
DO NOT deal with Louis Rosenberg, he is a scam artist and a raging a-hole. I only wish I had thought to look at rip-off reports before I had any work done!
