Louisville gas and electric LG&E Overcharging and overestimating Louisville, KY Kentucky
LG&E has adopted the practice of "estimating" utility because their meter readers just don't feel like doing their jobs. Two months in a row I was majorly overcharged on my utility usage. Both times I called customer service and complained. They actually sent out someone to read the meter and my bill dropped by %300 or more. How many people don't pay attention to their usage and are willingly overpaying? It's time to hold LG&E accountable.
