Louisville Tin Stove Co Cozy direct Vent heater purchased new and professionally installed 3 years ago No longer works. Pilot will not stay on 4 calls to Louisville Tin Stove Co. they are polite but have no idea how to repair The local installer refuses to come out. he no longer works on Cozy heater "too many call backs" $1500 and after 3 years it is trash!
