In order to take money out of your check a judgement must be against you from a court. have LBN, provide you with a case number from the court, after you get that go down to the clerk office and get copies of everything. Look at the information as to where the summons was send, most of the time this company sends them to an old address or just claims it was send. If you never got a copy of this summon, then file a motion to vacate the judgement and stop the payments, until a hearing is held. File a bar complaint against the lawyer. Your work can not just have money given out of your check without something signed from the court, they have to have a copy, nobody can just call down there and have this own. Request in writing from LBN, all information on this claim send it (RRR), they have to provide it to you, not just who the money is owed or how much, they must send you a copy of the judgement,
