I received a summons, arranged and made payments, but the suit has continued. Two payments of $250 each were cashed by LBN prior to the judgement date, and I feel that this judgment is therefor in error.

This group files made up court documents, that if you questioned would never stand up in court. Were you even aware there was a court date? They may have denied you your day in court - if so It can be overturned. www.budhibbs.com - check out what they have to say here and then look at your options with a NACA attorney

That says that if you make payments a lawsuit has to stop. Now if they asked for a judgment in the same amount that you were aware of, then your payments should be deducted from the amt of the judgment. Keep in mind that judgments do carry interest.
