 In March of 2013 I ordered 4 skirts from this woman. I needed these skirts for an event in May. Around the end of April, I was sent an email asking when my deadline was, and I told her, I was hoping to take these skirts on Vacation in May. She told me that she had a conference she needed to go to, and really needed the money from this conference and if I could wait until after the conference for my skirts. I graciously told her yes. She promised that she would get them out in a few weeks. I then told her that I needed them for our church camp in June and once again she promised that she would have them to me by then. Once again, she lied, and I did not have my skirts by camp. Finally I emailed her yet again, and told her that I needed those skirts for my mission's trip in July. She again promised that I would have them, and that she was sorry for the delay.

On the Friday before I was set to leave I still did not have my skirts. I finally told her that I couldn't give any more extensions to her, and she needed to at least overnight what she had done. She overnighted two of my skirts to me, and promised that I would have the others in a week or so. I again told her I understood. I told her I needed to receive the other skirts before NAYC in KY in Aug. She again promised me that they would be done. Guess what..... NAYC came and went and I still had not skirts! My father had a health emergency and on Sept 10th I received another email stating that she had finally completed my skirts and they would be mailed out in a few days.

The beginning of the next week, I emailed Theresa again, asking when the skirts were mailed, and if she had a tracking number, to which I received another excuse. She told me all she had to do was add the flowers and she would be mailing the items out. At that part I took my stand and told her that I wanted no more excuses, and that I wanted a refund on my skirts. I had now waited 8 months to get a completed order. She became very belligerent and responded with rudeness, like others have noted, she was very cold to me, and un caring. It was almost like she already had my money and could care less if I was happy with the service that I received. She finally mailed my skirts to me, and I refused to accept them and told the post office to return these skirts to her.

I have sent emails, FB messages, Posted on FB wall, and the only response that I have received was a threat to file a harassment charge, and contact her attorney. She also has blocked me so that she doesn't receive my email messages. She is totally ignoring the situation. She not only has my skirts, she has my fabric that was to be returned with my skirts to begin with. She refuses to refund my money, and return my fabric. I am asking for a total of $80.00 refunded and my fabric mailed back. She responded to my demand with she would refund me $70.00 and return my fabric. She was charging me to return what ALREADY belonged to me. I have already filed a claim with my bank, and filed a police report.

I am aware from other comments on here, that she will comment back, and try to cover her mistake. She has already tried to cover herself with the BBB. The following is the emails that she has sent and replied to. I am attaching them, because it is pretty hard to lie when the evidence is in front of you!

Hey, finally have you done. I had another lady quit me. I will ship in the next day or two. Just wanted you to know.

I finally received the skirts but refused them and had the Post Office ship my skirts right back to her, last Friday Sept 20th 2013. I know that the response will be more lies, and untruths, but I know the real story and so does Theresa! If you are planning to order any skirts from this company DON'T! My mother and I both sew, and I think it is POOR customer service to expect a person to be happy about waiting for 8 months to get an item that was ordered. She is going to tell you that I wanted $162.00 in a refund. I did, but then I agreed to accept a lower refund, by accepting the price that was charged to complete each skirt, and then my fabric returned to me. She would not even agree to that.

She wanted to give me $70.00 plus mail my fabric back. And then she wanted some time to refund the money. Yes her policy states that no refunds are issued, but I have an email that states she will refund my money. I am getting ready to file this case in Civil Court. if I have to file this in Civil Court I will ask for the court cost to be paid by her, and I will ask for more, because of the hassles that this woman has given me. She likes to cry the blues with her Father dying, and her son having some trouble, She also wanted sympathy because she has 10 kids and a health condition! Stay away from this company!! Horrible company!!!!
