I was ripped off by this company. Here's my report.
I purchased the book " Lowering Child Support Guide" from LowerChildSupportPayment.com. They have a fancy sales page that promises to show one how to lower your child support payments. Almost 7 weeks later my "book" arrived. But it wasn't even a book they wrote, but a government manual which one can get at the court house for free. A total waste of money.
I returned the book and asked for a refund and never heard back from them. I called and asked about my refund and was told to go F*CK MYSELF! by the owner Matt McHugh. After telling me that he threatened to sue me and said he would attach my pay. This guy sounded very intoxicated on the phone. I called numerous times and was always treated harshly. I told them I would file a rip pff report and the guy went spastic, threatening to "come pay me a visit" and "sue you for everything you have" if I exposed them. The guy even said they would file a phoney Cease & Desist letter preventing me from exposing them.
This company is a fruad, Is selling a book they didn't write, and theatening people when they ask for a refund.
The company has several different alias, such as LowerChildSupportPayment.com, Child Support Savings, Wagner and Associates. The owners name is Matt McHugh, who cliams to be a lawyer. But it might be a fake name. This company in my opinion is nothing but a con job on unsuspecting people.
