Luca Financial Express consumer rip-off No Return address on package received Nationwide
regarding luca financial express..i found a co. online that thought would help me get a credit card. a couple weeks past i received a phone call from that co. or which i thought was the same co. and i agreed with them they said that in order for me to receive my credit card a $249 was to be deducted from my account which i gave via phone.
i finally then received a packet with info and brochures and said that a shipping and handling fee of $7 sum is required..i went ahead and sent that out.
as of today feb. 26, 2203 i did not received that credit card. its weird how the packet did not contain a return address nor a contact telephone number for further information nor an email address all it said on the packet was luca financial express.
so i went ahead and assumed that everything was being processed and my credit card should be on the way..til this day nothing....money was already deducted from my account..
