I signed up for a 14 day trial and was to pay shipping - never did it explain any over the border charges or that I would be getting a full supply and never did it say that I was going to be enetered into a monthly contract and charged 170.00 at a later date - then when I tried to contact them to cancel any further charges they all of a sudden could not bring up my acct. I then asked to speak with the supervisor and She said the same thing - That the customer service rep explained to me - I informed her that I have contacted my bank and explained to them not to charge me anymore for this product. They were actually kind of rude as well when all I wanted to do was cancell any future shipments.
