Lumare Skin Care "free 30 say supply" not free, must cancel within 14 days, but no number given to cancel Santa Ana California
I ordered a "free" 30 day supply of their skin cream for only $5.95 shipping and handling. I agreed to pay $5.95 shipping and handling. I received the "serum" with no return information and no shipping info at all, just the bottle in a box. I was then charged $98.71 two weeks later and when I called to complain that it was supposed to be free, they said that I agreed to a "trial" of the serum. If I did not like the product, I could return it unopened with the first two weeks and they would not charge me for the serum. Even if I did agree to this, why would I agree to try something with a money back guarantee and the money back guarantee only applies if I return it unopened? Several calls to Lumare later, they will only return 50% of my money. Why would they do that? Because they know they are ripping people off charging them for something that was not what was promised, ie a free 30 day supply that you only have to pay the $5.95 shipping and handling.
If anyone is thinking of buying this product even if they know the terms, I advise you to call me. I took one squirt of the bottle on my fingers and it felt like soap - something I would never put on my face. I have the entire bottle because of course, I'm not entitled to a refund unless I return it unopened!
