I entered credit card information, but decided to exit out of program before submitting. Rutherford New Jersey
I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged shipping charges from 3 different places in Dec after deciding not to continue with free sample. Please note the 3 different AKA names that showed up on my statement above. That was about 2 weeks ago that all 3 places charged me shipping charges. Now today, I was charged 93.87 from the first AKA name BodySCI Trubdyscience. I called the number 844-746-2564 and spoke to Alex stating he is a manager. He claims that they don't sell Luminary products and states its not them whos taking the 93.87 out of my bank. Thats the number and facility shown on my staement to take money out using my credit card info. He said to call number on shipping label of product. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FREE TRAIL PRODUCTS. I'm concerned the other 2 shipping charges from the other 2 places will start charging me the same of 93.00 for something I haven't agreed too or even received. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid any future charges from those 3 places since I was already charged shipping fees and one of them already charged 93.87. Very upsetting to speak with Alex(Manager) at 844-746-2564 to go over my current charge of 93.87. He claims they have no record of me and thats not them to take the money out of my bank. He said he couldn't help me.
