Luminox Watches I purchased a watch on Amazon and the company told me that Amazon was not a registered dealer and therefore the watch that I purchased was not under warranty San Rafael California
My girlfriend purchased a Luminox watch from Amazon as a Christmas present. Within 6 months, the watch broke - - the hands would not move nor could the time be set. I contacted Luminox's warranty vendor that informed me that it would not accept a warranty repair as Amazon was not an authorized vendor. I called the company and was told the same.
