Luna installers are very sketchy. My neighbor had Luna do an installation after seeing the van outside my house. His installation experience was similiar to mine.
The initial Luna consultation is by a well-dressed, well-spoken salesperson. The installers on the other hand do not speak English and very bad at simple and polite customer service. Please understand that I don't mind the installers not speaking fluent English, but it seems that the details you sign up for are not translated to the installers.
