Just don't do it. One of the most stressful experiences of my life. I paid $15,000 for new laminate and carpet but it wasn't worth it. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with my entire life. I did not spend hours, I spent days cleaning up after these fools. There's a reason they don't have a storefront because somebody would have blown it up by now.

I can't believe I spent $15,000 on flooring and I can't even get them to come back and fix the things that they should have done right in the first place. First of all, don't send two laminate installers that don't speak English to do a large job. I had to shut down my Airbnb business for a week because they couldn't come back until the following Saturday when I was back in town. As I was walking to the garage, the younger one was buckling his belt and zipping his zipper up from urinating outside, I guess. Hopefully that's all it was. He can't even ask to use the bathroom? I have four of them for god sakes! They were actually sawing the laminate outside on the balcony with the sliding glass doors wide open and my entire house was filled with sawdust. It was even setting off the smoke alarms, it was so bad. Both the cats and myself we're falling because it turned it so slippery it was like an ice skating rink, so I had to clean it up myself, which took hours. The carpet guys just left the coax cable TV wire laying there on top of the rug. It's supposed to be placed nicely under the carpet, or at least nail it back to the baseboard where you found it! While moving furniture, they took a nice chunk out of the drywall, and bent a key so badly that was left in the door knob, that it broke off when I tried to remove it, and I couldn't get it out. Took me hours, I had to actually remove the knob! The carpet guys were so lazy they left the nail strips on the basement level next to the sliding glass doors. They have been there for 32 years and there's a lot of water damage and mold, but did they care? No. They just put new nail strips next to it. Unbelievable. I have called customer service so many times I lost count. I have given up, and left bad reviews on every possible Internet site I could find. I'll probably just have to fix everything myself, and hopefully all these reviews will save someone from the tremendous amount of stress and torture I had to go through. Shame on you Luna!
