Luv Luxury Handbags Fraudulent dishonest seller, ripoff, defective merchandise, fakes, more than imperfect as she claims Danville Virginia
This seller offers what she claims is Authentic Gucci Handbags. She states that if a product has any visible imperfections that it will be stated in the description. I ordered 7 bags. None of them stated "imperfect" anywhere in the desription or title. None of them. ALL seven were, not only NON AUTHENTIC, but had fake leather, exposed glue, missed stitches, crooked tags, etc. When I asked for proof of authenticity she emailed me that she had some old air bills but that it wouldn't really help. Having dealt with a few wholesalers of AUTHENTIC Gucci Handbags, I know that they can all provide you with proof of authenticity at your request. Mostly invoices with their prices and personal information blacked out. So of course I want a refund, not an exchange. She made false claims. THEN after I send her another email asking for a refund, she tells me that she has never had a complaint about her merchandise. I am looking at this stuff that she sells and I am thinking "That is impossible!" So I do a little research and find out that there ARE complaints from her customers. She also says that she supplies a lot of ebay sellers who have had great success with her products. The eBay community are some of the most studied buyers. They can spot a fake from a mile away. So I find that hard to believe. But, if it is true, that would explain why 98% of all Designer bags sold on ebay are fakes. They are truely cracking down on those sellers though. I am still trying to get a refund and I have contacted all of the proper channels.

Not only has Ms. Ahley Moss had to shut down her site with its false claims, she was investigated by the US Postal service, and other authorities, and the goverment has filed federal criminal charges against her! I received papers in the mail. If you purchase items from her you need to contact Mr. Al Smith from the United States Attorney's Office at 1-540-857-2957. The case number is:09CR00003. It is the United States VS Ashley Moss. Cheaters and liars NEVER prosper, boys and girls!

UPDATE: These people are now under investigation by the federal government AND the U.S. Postal Service. M A N Y complaints with proof submitted on them. Definately ARE fake.

I purchased some items from Mrs. Ashley moss. I actually had already had some Gucci items from my own collection. I purchased the Gucci leather race bag from Gucci and one from mrs. moss. it was the exact same bag, definilty not fake what so ever. I also use to work in an upscale designer boutique, where bags that cost way more than Gucci, had threads that were falling apart, I have items from Luis Vuitton that I purchased from eluxury that came with messed up stitching and thensome. Please take the bags you purchased to Gucci and compare before we mock Ashley. She does provide many ebay sellers with merchandise, who have 100 percent feedback and she is always sold out, it cant be that she is foolng all these people.
