Luxor Linens Worst Ever Inferior product no customer service Linden NJ
I ordered two kings size sets of bamboo sheets from this company, one is beige and one in chocolate.
The beige set arrived with a torn pillowcase. The chocolate set arrived with only one pillow case and the fitted sheet was torn. I have attempted to contact them to no avail.
Their customer service is non exsitant. Their "live" chat is basically leave them a message which they will never return. I can't get any response from them at all. I wish I had found this site BEFORE I ordered from them.
Even if not damaged, the products are poorly made with inferior materials. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, buy from this company.
