Avoid buying from Luxury Lane.  Save yourself heartache and money and order from someone else!!! 

I ordered an expensive lambskin leather coat from Luxury Lane which was selling via Sears.com website.  No information about the coat lining was provided in the product description on the website so I called first Sears, who checked with Luxury Lane, to get details on the lining then also called Luxury Lane directly as a double-check .  Both entities said coat had a "quilted lining" but, when it arrived it had only plain lining.   Information provided by Luxury Lane was erroneous but seller refused to accept responsibility for return shipping despite their error - and customer service was rude and evasive. 

After 10 days, 3 calls, and several Luxury Lane representatives assuring me a pre-paid label on way to me, I was told Luxury Lane's "administration" had determined that, although their phone representative gave out incorrect information, they would not be responsible for return shipping cost. Their excuse was that the website did not say "quilted lining".  Luxury Lane's refusal to stand behind information provided by its phone representatives indicates a disreputable vendor, especially as the website provided no information on the type of lining so the buyer was forced to call for the details.

P.S. This seller markets over major retailers websites such as Sears and Amazon. I ordered over Sears.com, but Sears was of no help - they take no responsibility for vendors that market over the Sears.com website, so don't expect any support from them in resolving issues.
