This website had me fooled. It creates a sense of trust, they have fake links to ebay, and Ebay wholesale books, making it appear as though they are affiliated. Most importantly they have a AUTHENTICITY & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

I confidentially spent nearly $2000 AUD. Oh and a $ 99 membership to use the site. During the ordering process customer service was exceptional, instant reply to emails etc.

When my order arrived, to my surprise and absolute horror, it was a big box filled with FAKE, CHEAP, NASTY REPLICAS. This company is supposed to have a good rep... Or so I have been told. But to me, these were not convincing fakes at all. The whole lot looked cheap & Nasty- garment tags sewn on upside down back to front, crooked etc. I wonder if because I ordered the 'Ebay Starter Lot' and asked them many 'novice' type question, they thought I wouldn't know the difference, and would be able to get away with giving me a really rough batch. WRONG. A lot if it has authentic tags attached to fake items... LOL, this is not enough to fool me. SORRY.

Immediately I emailed 'returns', and waited for the excellent customer service I had received before. Nothing. I waited up late, to call during their business hours.  The first time someone answered and all I could hear was Chinese (?) chatter, I sad 'hello' and they hung up. I called over & over for several days. NO ANSWER- (a legit business that doesn't answer the phone?).

In my horror, I proceeded to send many many threatening emails (as threatening as you can be via email).   A couple of days later, I finally received an email from him (DATED 13th of FEB) 'Shwan Kassim'.

 "Dear  *****

We at luxurymagazzino.com  take pride of providing excellent customer service and selling 100% authentic merchandise to all of our customers, which has been our top priority.

Unfortunately, your claim of accusing us of selling counterfeit merchandise is false.  The products sold to you is a genuine and 100% authentic.  This company does not and has never sold or distributed replicas, pirated, counterfeit, or otherwise "knockoff" merchandise.

We honored our return policy, no questions asked, upon your request to return your purchase and we refunded you 100%.  See our return policy

We respectivly request that you withdrow your accusation since this will prevent damage to our reputation and may result in the loss of revenue unjustifiably and we will hold you peronally respossible

Accusing us of selling counterfeit merchandise without proof of authentication by a qualified source, is unjustifiable and damaging"

Now this is the First I have herd from him, we hadn't discussed anything. He didn't ask me, he just came out with that. My immediate thought was 'he is writing this so as to cover his butt'... I continued to pester him. I sent him an email with a photo of myself an my baby daughter, and explained to him that I was a single mum & student, and he had literally stolen EVERYTHING we had. I had saved for nearly 12 months to get that money up, with the idea of starting a small business to get us through uni. I pleaded with any goodness inside him.

"Please stop sending me all these emails.

When did u received the merchandise?

U know we have 24 Hr no question asked return policy?

Why didn't u contact the customer service and optain a RMA number?

Accussing us of selling fake merchandise will not resolve this problem!

What is u r order number?

I will looking into it?"

OK. SO, besides from the fake merchandise, and then ignoring me for days- isn't it strange that he sent an email saying that he had refunded my money (without even discussing the problem with me). And then 1 day later sends me an email saying "what is your order number, I will look into it".... But hang on, didn't you already refund my money? Hmmmmm....?

I have not heard from him since that email.

It has been several days, and I have had enough.  People like this need to be stopped. I don not want anyone else to be ripped off, scammed, and hurt the way I have been by Shwan Kassim of Luxury Magazzino and his other business Minalili Outlet (Luxurymagazzino, Magazzino Italiano LLC).

I have itemised receipts from him and very clear and obvious photographic proof, that the items are fake, rip offs.

I will keep this report updated, I will let everyone know whether or not this company honours their return policy and the moral code!

I wrote this report on LUXURY MAGAZZINO. I wish to retract the report. It is not true. Tis company does NOT sell fakes. All of teir items are 100% AUTHENTIC.  I made a huge mistake and jumped to conclusions. This was due to my inexperience and lack or research. I have since had all of the items verified and they are all in fact authentic.  I am sincerely sorry for any damage this may have caused to the company.

Please rest assured that Luxury Magazzino are an honest company with honest business.

Thank you.
