I contacted Luxury resale regarding selling a Hermes bag. The bag was expensive and we agreed on a price. Eric assured me that the bag was 100% covered by insurance. Eric emailed a label. I shipped the bag. It showed delivered to their building which has multiple floors. Eric stated he did not receive the bag.
I contacted UPS and they investigated but informed me that the bag had NO insurance so no claims could be filed. I am extraordinary upset about losing my bag but I am ever more upset that the company promised by phone and email that the bag was insured. I was later told that a claim was filed.
Both statements were false. The label was not insured and NO claim was filed because there was no insurance. After I confronted Eric, I was COMPLETELY ignored. I would not send anything of value to this company.
