As far as I'm concerned this company owes me and many others our money back and should be brought up on charges. Anyone who could come up with this type of scam should be locked up.

You get a letter from someone you never heard of that says you won lots of money but you have to pay them $20 to get it. You think this makes sense so you send your money to this stranger. And all you get is ripped off. Yes, the scammers should be locked up. But so should anyone dumb enough to fall for this.
