I ordered some products from this company in february of 2002, by the end of March I had not recieved my product. I called and was promised they would reship my order. I never recieved a thing. I called and emailed numerous times to no avail. Finally in April, I called and demanded a refund. I was promised a refund, which as of July 16th 2002 , I still have not recieved.

In speaking with Kristean in July, we explained that we discovered another individual in our customer list with the same name. Due to an oversight the incorrect customer had received the refund in April and not realizing this we had assumed that all was resolved. Once Kristean informed us that she had not received the refund and we were able to trace what exactly happened apologized for the oversight at which time she appeared to be quite understanding about the problem and had given no indication that she was this upset once we had explained what the error had been. Immediately after this discussion we promptly refunded her money. The next day she contacted our office to confirm that we had infact processed the refund which were happy to confirm with her. Regrettably, the two shipments that went out never were returned to our facility and we weren't able to trace either of them so it is unknown to us just what had happened to them. Occasions such as this are rare and given the similarity in names we now have protocols in place to avoid errors such as this in the future. I apologize again to Kristean and I believe that we did everything we possibly could to resolve this issue to the best of our ability and know that we have been able to implement new procedures which will eliminate the possibility of something like this occuring again.
