I was contacted by Lysa Ray stating that she found my resume on careerbuilder or monster.com. Lysa wanted to know if I was still interested in a job. I would be working for walmart as customer service/business analyst. They sent me a fake cashiers check( I think the bank is in on it too)which I verified thru Fifth third bank and intergrated payment systems and they both said the check was good.

I deposited the check into my bank and sent them 2605.00 thru money gram and i was to keep the rest. now 11 days later my bank returned the check due to their account is closed. I just called yesterday and was told the check was good. Beware of Lysa Ray and Jennifer Ferguson and someone by the name of Ricky J. I am now waiting to hear from the Attorney General to see what can be done. I have called lysa many times at 204-952-5687 and I either get her voice mail or she will answer the phone and act like she is a temp worker and doesn't know anything because it is her first day but you can tell it is the same person each time

....to be true, then it is. This is simply another variation of the 'lottery'/'lotto' scams that have been making the mark lately. When my mother was young, she got coupons in the mail. Now we get cashiers checks, postal money orders and bogus checks. Funny thing is that her coupons were worth more than the checks that we receive! Unfortunately, your money is gone, and the chances of ever catching the people behind this are pretty slim. Continue to tell your friends, write letters to anyone that might even possibly listen to you, and blog on the internet. These steps will help spread the word so that others might not fall into the hands of scammers. Good Luck!
