Dear Charles, I want to resolve this for you but there isn't enough information in your post for me to identify how the overdraft fees where caused. Please send me a copy of the bank statement showing where we double charged your account and caused the overdraft fees. If in fact we were at fault, then we credit the fees caused by our error.
