I purchased parts for an oversees customer I sent my driver to return four spark plugs that were incorrect, I did give them the VIN number of the car sometimes data bases are incorrect.  When my customers recieved the parts they were wrong,  I was told they were special order and could not return them.  He wouldn't listen kept rattling on about why he wouldn't take them back he said he had to bring them ups, but when I placed the order he said I would have them later in the day so I sent my driver And he did not have the parts.  He said I would have them on Monday I placed the order on Friday. He lied about having them theremfirst. If I would have know he had to order them I would not have purchsed Them. Later to find out I could have purchased them for much lower price. They are very expensive But I was in a hurry. I was so frustrated I told them to go out to dinner with my credit.

Ordered a radiator hose for a 2006 BMW, not a special order part nor is the vehicle a classic car by far. Part ordered on Saturday. Monday called asked to speak with Juan. He was busy with other customers. Long story short. Its Tuesday no part and Juan never called back. Horrible customer service and over priced. Look else where. I will never ever order from them again. They also lie about their hours and parts are not original parts. When asked for money back because a competitor had the part they coudln't supply they want to charge a restocking fee of 20%. Mind you they still do not have the part. They lost a customer for 42 dollars.
