Maaco Painting and Bodyworks the business that says they give a dam but is full of false promises Lakeland Florida
You are right Maaco does suck! About one year ago my car was wrecked. When it came time to paint the the cars we chose Maaco. They are suppost to be the best.Yeah Right!!! We paid for the car to be completely sanded, primered, and painted. Also we paid for the two year warranty.
A week after we brought the car home the spolier was chipping, the paint on the back bumper was peeling off, and there were parts on the car that never were painted. First of all if the car was sanded and primered then when the paint started coming off why were we seeing RED underneath (red was the original color). We should have been seeing primer.
I called Maaco and after a heated conversation they said to bring the car in. when we got there first they said we caused the damage then they told us that the bumper was not sanded correctly so they fixed the bumper, chips, and painted what they forgot,But they used TOUCH UP PAINT on all but one thing.So we just said fine whatever. Now other parts of the the car are chiping and we want the car repainted (after all we did not even recieve what we paid for)and they are saying no they are going to touch it up again.
They refuse to repaint. Well I say No they need to sand the car primer it and repaint the entier car. We deserve to recieve what we paid for and we did not pay for half of our car to be touch up paint!
