ALL automotive repair facilities in ALL states are allowed a 10% leeway between estimate and final price for the repairs. You were quoted $666.00, and the final price was $696.72...a difference of 4%. They were well within their limits on pricing. An estimate is just that...an ESTIMATE. Stuff breaks that shouldn't have, stuff is missing that should be there(yes, the factory puts cars together with stuff missing), in other words, s**t happens. This really seems to be much ado about nothing. Was the bodywork and paint job done correctly? THAT is all that matters. Complaining about a 4% difference in price is silly. If the repair came in 4% UNDER the estimate, you would expect to get that $30 back. Using the same logic, you have no reason NOT to pay them the extra $30. 4%? Good Grief!

You can sit if you'd like, doesn't matter to me. The reason I am 'attacking' you, as you put it, is because of your attitude. There wasn't a rip-off here, it was a simple mistake, which was rectified by your own admission, and you were very happy with the work. Again, where's the rip-off? In your opinion, it is the way you were treated. As I have pointed out, you were treated exactly the way you treated them - with disrespect and a very bad attitude. I feel sorry for your fiance.

You responded exactly as I thought you would. As I said, if you talk to a person the way you write, I can see why you were treated like crap... because you treat others like crap. And, did I swear? I don't think so! But, you are exactly the type of customer that companies dread, walk into a place and b***h and moan and complain about every little thing that goes wrong. I am quite sure that the conversation you had with them after they FIXED YOUR PROBLEM AND APOLOGIZED, didn't go quite the way you say. I imagine your twisted, bitchy little mind remembered it that way, but the actual events were probably quite different. And, what did you expect in return for your 'inconvenience'? A discount of course. Because you are the type of person that believes the world owes you EVERYTHING.

According to the rules of the Rip-Off Report rebuttal, you shouldn't have been able to post a comment using foul language of which insulted me. I will be reporting you to the webmaster of this site. Secondly, you are obviously illiterate as you seem to think that I was "bitching" about $30.00 when in fact, I was NOT. I was upset about how rudely I was treated. As for my writing, you obviously don't know "bitchy-ness" from intelligence. I prefer not to speak or write on a 3rd grade level. That does not make me a b***h. Quite frankly, I don't have to defend myself to you. The reason I posted this reply was to call out you're ingnorance. The degree of treatment I endured is irrelevant. It is the simple fact that I was mistreated that matters by a business who advertises their exceptional custmer service. So, Dave, if you have a problem with the way I speak or write, or perhaps women, (judging by your use of language), don't read my writing.
