MacArthur Park Landmark Residential ripoff MOLY PARK Clearwater Florida
We have lived in MacArthur Park for a few months. We have had green mold growing on the walls since we moved in. I have a child that has been very sick. They have not once tried to compensate us or offer to remove the mold. The bathtubs leak, the windows dont work the smell is bad. The air conditioner is full of mold. They have not even come into clean it. We want to move out but they will not let us out of our lease. Well they want to move us to another apartment but I know that its all contaimenated. Now I hear that they have painted over the mold instead of cleaning it. Plese help if you know of anyone that is having the same issue.
