Payed these guys a lot of money to upgrade my OS and hard drives, it began to make odd sounds after the upgrade and broke a few months later, their service became slow and reluctant.
I payed them again to fix the new problem, they did some patch job and still ignored my complaint that i could hear it making odd sounds. It broke again a month later with the same problem, their service became unresponsive to msges and calls..
Awful customer service, I suspect they have general repair knowledge but would install inappropriate or incompatible parts and would charge for a dodgy repair job that will not consider your actual system and will burn out soon after, leaving you slowly paying more and more for break after break.

This Report is completely FAKE. If you are real customer please provide documentation proof and receipt, Your computer model with serial no. which should match with company records.
We have very good reputation and we make sure every customer is happy. Firstly Our technicians are certified and we have been in business for over 10 years so we definitely know how computers are upgraded and that's why we have all repeat customers who bring us even more business for upgrades.
Secondly, you mention machine works fine for few months that means job done is good and issue later are not related to upgrade as technically upgrade will show any issue within few days to a week.
Thirdly, you fixed another problem and you paid even though you could here odd sounds from computer? Please also provide this document of second repair. Later you had same problem and you never visited store? just calling and msgs which were unresponsive really? So suddenly after a second repair you forgot address for the store? A genuine person with a problem will come to store and seek for help and solve problem.
This report is made to spoil reputation by unethical competitors who themselves have no business skills and qualifications to fix a computer.
