Madhouse parts does Not respond to emails or phone calls (which you can't leave a messge) They send parts well over 2 months after you ordered them. Which means you no longer needed that part from them because you ordered it from a different company thinking that the order from Madhouse never went through.
You don't really know because you could never get ahold of anyone or have anyone respond to any of your emails telling them "Not to send the part but to refund your money Before it was shipped out."
They just kept ignoring me and sent the parts. We ordered them on Dec 15, 2013 and got the the first part the last week of January 2014. Then the second part got here 2 days ago (Feb 22, 2014) and the third we may never receive because someone finally responded to me after I got upset through an email, because they said the order is complete and do not send them anymore rude emails. However, the part has not been shown to have shipped as of yet. We will see.
Madhouse parts should not be delt with by anyone wanting working parts for their go-karts. Ours was sent in a mangled box that was opened and the carburetor was broken. They told me that their parts "are the best" and that I was passed the amount of time to return any of their parts.

Although it has taken well over 2 months to get our items, we did finally get the air filter. Haven't tried it yet am just assuming it will work...hopefully. If not I will update again.
But in all fairness I wanted people to know we did get all our items even though as said before the carburetor is junk.
