I ordered parts for a go-kart.  I have not received them. The tracking number they gave me says that my parts ar still in texas. I contacted the postal service and they said that the shipping was purchased online and was never delivered to the post office. Mad house will not answer the phone. They do not respond to messages left. They do not respond to e-mails either.  there is no customer service. I cannot get my parts or the 72.00 refund. Madhouse does not insure their packages for the value of the contents.  I have no money no parts and a very disapointed son. Do not give these people your money.
