You said the price went from 21k to 26k. Did you actually read this on the contract BEFORE you signed it?
As far as the mechanical problems...yes they did sell a problem car. If it was sold AS-IS then they are doing you a favor replacing the tires. But I'm wondering, did you take this car for a test drive and did it show the vibration problem.
They can call you whatever name they want. However, if they are selling junk, then everyone should avoid them.
