many problems, poor contract. rewritten with anti theft which vehicle doesn't have, warranty taken out (not to mention the price going from $21,000 to $26,000). vehicle has a heavy vibration. after 6 months of phone calls, e-mails and voice mail, I threatened to take legal action and got a call within minutes.

I was told it was the tires causing the vibration. I mentioned that maybe they should check the vehicles out before they go on the lot. I was told by the GM, "we will put new tires on and then we are done, don't bring it back again". My response was "........ Are you Serious?"

They ended up actually driving it, after practically calling me a Liar. The drive led to replacement of the tires and the result of that was, "still vibrates". The GM ended up driving it home to see how it drove. The next day I got a call saying that they were going to look into it more.

Two weeks went by (w/o a vehicle) and I got a call saying that they had to replace the front drive shaft and a few mounts. when the work was done and the jeep was test driven, I got the call to pick it up and it ran smooth and I was going to be "stoked".

I picked up my jeep and headed down the Highway. The thing was WORSE then before!!! What a nightmare. NEVER have I felt so Helpless, and Taken. now I am stuck with an unsafe, unreliable vehicle that is worth $10,000 less then I owe, and that could kill me in the future! thanks for nothing Mike Crabb and the clowns at Magnussens Jeep/Dodge in Auburn ca.  F you

You said the price went from 21k to 26k.  Did you actually read this on the contract BEFORE you signed it?

As far as the mechanical problems...yes they did sell a problem car.  If it was sold AS-IS then they are doing you a favor replacing the tires.  But I'm wondering, did you take this car for a test drive and did it show the vibration problem.

They can call you whatever name they want.  However, if they are selling junk, then everyone should avoid them.
