In 11/14/2008 we went to check the 400 lap computers that we bought from jsk computers at 2001 peninsula Erie PA for $ 22,000.00 .After we check most of the computers they told us that they can,t except check or cash for it they will except only wire money ,which my brother wire the money $ 12,400.00 for the first 200 on 11/14/2008.
On Friday the same day when we were in the where house they told us that the wire needs 24 hours to get it but by Monday we will ship you your computers free of charge .
We waited 5 days and we call them asking about the name of the shipping company and the tracking number but was ignored.
On 11/19/2008 The truck of New pen Express company came with 3 boxes only
contains 15-20 computers and trash ,and these computers is not the computers that we bought and checked ,and even not the same numbers 200.We did not take that shipment 3 boxes refuse to take it .
Many telephone with them and they told us that we have to take these 3 boxes and we will give you a credit .and we told the the only 200 computers or our money we will take. And they said if you don't like take us court in Erie PA .
AT this time we can't get our money or our computers from them and they threaten us to take us to criminal court.or counter claim if we sue them.
At this time we are loosing our costumers , contracts and our money .The total damages at this time is $ 88,000.00 because of the fraud that they are doing
with us.
