mainor & eglet possible collusion by them from target las vegas, Nevada
This is about a house manager for mentally and physically handicapped individuals taking these people shopping at a Target store in Las Vegas. Sue was walking ahead of the residents slipped and fell in the store. She cared more for the residents safety then herself and took them home despite her discomfort from the fall. The result from the fall was Knee surgery and Major Back surgery resulting in over a million dollars worth of Dr. bills and Target paying only one visit to Quik-care. We incorporated supposedly one of the better attorneys in town namely Robert Eglet . I found out later he is being investigated by the FBI.
What resulted was positively collusion between lawyers since our lawyers allowed Target lawyers to withhold all video-tapes ,pictures, clean-up schedules any interaction between the Target corporation and any other derogatory using the statement Attorney client privilege. Then there was Three Supreme Court judges who refused to accept spoliation of evidence or reprimand the lawyers for numerous violations of NRCP & NRPC. I went so far as to state to the judges in court papers that if they could not see the collusion between Mr. Eglet an Target lawyers then they were not the only ones involved in this collusion?. Two months after they turned the appeal down one of the judges was at the Mainor, Eglet & Cottle Cotillion taking a picture with Mr. Eglet the person I asked them to reprimand for his actions in the case.
The District Court Judge refused to allow me to produce evidence to prove what I was saying was true. I put online that Mr. Eglet was as dumb as rocks or was compensated in this case. When Mr. Eglet stated in his statement he did nothing wrong, I tried proving that he was committing perjury yet the judge refused to allow me to produce this evidence as she sided with them and filed a restraining order on me for a year. There is a lot more but I am trying to keep it as short as possible. Please help this house manager for the handicapped and get this out to show the improper activity in Las Vegas against one of the nicest people in the world MY WIFE.

A Million plus in Medical bills??? I think not. A heart/lung transplant average cost is $210,000 - therefore your report smells pretty bad. Oh and Bill (and I am gonna take a stab in the dark) if you are the same person who complained about the Judge slapping you with a restraining order I have a real hard time believing this report.
